What is Yoga for Strong Bones all about?

Many of us don't think about our bones until we witness or start to feel the impact of loss of balance, small fractures, or the pain of disc compression.  This yoga workshop will give you a layperson's understanding of the importance of having strong bones for life. It includes a yoga class that focuses on yoga postures and forms that will help you build and maintain strong bones.  

This 1.5 hour workshop is offered in yoga studios, in a private group setting or a 1:1 session.
